Project Summary
Their outdoor living space was a large plain patio slab that didn’t meet their needs for a place to retreat, relax and unwind after work. This military family had previous work done in their forever home and came back to give their patio a purpose. The window from their master bedroom became the perfect entrance to an outdoor oasis with a spiral staircase in this picturesque addition.To give this space purpose and use, flagstone was added on the concrete. The window to the master bedroom was removed to create a walk off into the balcony and spiral staircase. An outdoor fireplace was designed to compliments the space. Rod iron rails and pine ceilings make this outdoor multi-level retreat a favorite family spot.
