The Remodeling Business

The remodeling business is still relatively new. It only became a recognized industry after the second World War. It wasn't so long ago when homeowners called a handyman or jack-of-all-trades for improvements or repairs. His work wasn't cheap and it usually took a long time to get the job done.

Now, even the smallest remodeling contractor should conduct his business just like any large corporation. He has to concern himself with cost control, scheduling, purchasing, employee payroll, workers' compensation, construction law, insurance and overhead.

Our biggest challenge in giving you the best possible job is finding and keeping a staff of competent and experienced personnel. The business of remodeling and renovation is far more difficult than building from scratch. We have to demolish, blend in and build - all while you are living amidst the work being done. Our goal is to do all of that with as little disruption to you comfort and lifestyle as possible.

Each remodeling project is distinctly unique. There is no situation with the exact same conditions or requirements. Your dream, small or large, and our work to achieve it for you, is like no other!
